Which Delivery Service do you use?
UK Mainland Deliveries
We use the following services and you can choose either of these when you check out before confirming your order:
Royal Mail signed for 1st Class service, signature on delivery and next day delivery aim.
Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class service, with a signature on delivery for peace of mind.

When will I receive my Order?
We always do our best to ensure you receive your order as swiftly as possible. Once your order has been placed, it will be dispatched the next working day.
How is my order packaged?
Each order is placed in a recycled cardboard mould for protection and then inserted into a cardboard box and sealed.
Who needs to be home to sign for a delivery?
Please note that all packages must be signed for on delivery, we cannot leave parcels unattended due to their value and contents.
Royal Mail and my order
Our standard deliveries are made during normal Royal Mail posting hours, to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel. If you are not at home when the product is delivered or no one is available at your address to take delivery, Royal Mail will provide instructions for re delivery to you.
If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery, the costs associated with such failed delivery have to be borne by you. For full Royal Mail terms of accepting a delivery, please click here.
Please be advised, that under the Royal Mail terms and conditions, the carrier does not inspect the consignment at any point before or during transit. This means that it is up to the customer to not only ensure that someone who is over 18 is available to receive the parcel, but that the condition of the contents needs to be checked upon receipt.
