We currently ship to the UK Mainland only.

WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?

We use the following services and you can choose either of these when you check out before confirming your order:

• Royal Mail signed for 1st Class service, signature on delivery and next day delivery aim.

• Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class service, with a signature on delivery for peace of mind.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

Each order is placed in a recycled cardboard mould for protection and then inserted into a cardboard box and sealed.

Can I buy as a Gift?

Yes, you can but as a gift for someone else, just provide their address details when checking out online. You can also add a gift message when ordering, which we will include with your order.

Payment

You can pay online using a credit or debit card. We do not currently offer PayPal.

Order Confirmation

You will be sent an email confirmation to the email address you provide when you check out, confirming that your order has been received. Please check this before completing your order.

Shipment Confirmation

You will also be sent an email confirmation to the email address you provide when your order has been shipped.

WHO NEEDS TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR A DELIVERY?

Please note that all packages must be signed for on delivery, we cannot leave parcels unattended due to their value and contents.
